The venue was comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed the location close to surrounding areas, Katowice and surrounding areas and the pizzeria, and street views. The room was spacious and silent, also it had smoke detectors. The staff was PLEASANT & amiable.

The hotel had a nice decoration and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of products to choose from. The shower had high water pressure. , the hotel was close to a shop and the room was cleaned daily.
The area was not safe. My partner and I had to be inside before dark.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed two amazing things about this hotel. we loved the fact that we were treated to complimentary coffee and tea, which was the perfect way to warm ourselves up after a long day exploring the city. Secondly, the hotel's location was absolutely key for us. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy for us to get around and make the most of our time in the city. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a couple of aspects that we didn't quite enjoy about our stay. the bed was quite uncomfortable, which affected our quality of sleep.
